wow! what an opportunity, definitely gonna shoot for this dream job!
Marcus is going to be very hard to replace Marty in this Windows Live users eyes. He has been our spokesperson on our behalf. He has never lost his cool with any of us, always had time for our concerns and acted as our go-between with the Live teams whenever we have been experiencing problems, no matter how small.
I hope that the person that you do employ to replace him will be as dedicated and focused as he has been about US, the ordinary everyday user, not just the more technically able.

Sounds like an awesome opportunity for the right person!
I will forward this along to a number of good CMs I know… but I also know one of the questions will be whether or not they need to relocate.
Is it an in-office position or remote?
Best of luck with the search!!
This would be an amazing opportunity.Sending an email now.

Why?
wow, this is a dreaming job!
and @Yule, that’s an interesting question. I think these requirements are due:
1. If a person has 3+ years in this industry, is very familiar with past products buzz.
2. The passion is because it’s more than critical to constantly look for customer/partner problem’s solutions, and 1:1 is the best way to get feedback.
I truly want to send that email…
cheers,
